About
I'm a Senior Technical Lead based in India, currently at Sonetel — a global cloud communications platform serving tens of thousands of customers worldwide.
I joined Sonetel in 2011 as their first dedicated full-time support hire. Before me, one of the founders was handling customer emails part-time. Over 14 years, I built out the support function, established the fraud and compliance processes, moved into engineering, and eventually into leading R&D and AI product development.
Today my work sits at the intersection of Python engineering, LLM integration, and product delivery. I've shipped AI-powered voicemail summaries to production, built a voice bot from scratch using Asterisk, Deepgram, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs, and led the performance overhaul that cut our website response times by 90%. I use Claude Code daily and was among the first cohort at the company to do so.
Outside of work: motorcycles, home automation projects, and the occasional Raspberry Pi rabbit hole.
